We do not have a physical store as we are an online shopping website. We offer fast and convenient delivery to your home or office. Avoid the crowds at the malls and shop from your desk or home!

You may be able to find some items in retail stores with much higher price. You can order through our site after viewing products there. Please note that items are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or associated with the original designers and manufacturers.

Most items will be delivered within 2 weeks. Production and delivery of some items, especially custom made furniture, will take about 3-4 weeks.

Mostly you'll be asked to sign when the item is delivered. You can reject to sign if you find damage, so the item will be returned for replacement without any extra charge. You have to return while the logistic company staff is at your place. You can still return for replacement or refund (excluding shipping fee) within 3 days of delivery.  You will be responsible for later shipping arrangements and costs. After 3 days of return and exchange period, we won't be responsible for any issues.

Returned items must be received by warehouse within a week of its receipt. Custom made items and used or assembled items are not accepted for refund and exchange. Please understand that for some items, there could be few centimeters size error or color difference.

Within our standard rate installation is not included, in case you require installation of your sofa, table, chair of cabinet, we can offer extra service. Please contact us during check out.

All of our products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. To put you at further ease, our products are manufactured using high-quality materials and are regularly quality assured in person by our team. We have worked with our suppliers for several years as they offer unrivaled quality workmanship. We are confident that our products are durable enough to provide you with comfort and enjoyment for a long time to come.

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and make note of any issues on the delivery order they provide before the courier leaves.
